Courtyard Dining

Reservations / pre-bookings are not possible in our Courtyard Garden; this area is available for walk-ins only. Diners in our courtyard cannot be guaranteed a table indoors, should the weather deteriorate. We will do our utmost to accommodate you inside, however, cannot guarantee this.

No Show and Cancellation Reservations
All reservations are now secured with a debit or credit card to guarantee your booking, no payment will be taken if you arrive for your reservation as booked. We reserve the right to levy charges against late cancellation or a result in no shows to table reservations. Cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation time may incur a charge of up to £10 per person based on reserved capacity. Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice prior to reservation time are not subject to charge.

Reservation Amendments
You can amend your booking to a future date up to 1 hour prior to your arrival time with us and cancellation charges will not apply for the alteration. Once the booking time has passed no alterations can be made.

Group booking deposits
The restaurant’s continued viability relies on reservations being honoured by our customers, and adequate notice being given of any changes or cancellations.

All reservations are now secured with a debit or credit card, no payment will be taken if you arrive for your reservation. We reserve the right to levy charges against late cancellation or a result in no shows to table reservations.

For Group bookings of more than 8 people, a deposit of £10 per person is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable under any circumstance. Your reservation is only confirmed once the deposit is received. If deposits are not received, your reservation will be cancelled.

Your deposit will be deducted from your final bill. In the event a reservation has been made and one or more of the booked parties fail to arrive, a charge of £10.00 per person will be levied and is chargeable to the card details retained at point of reservation.

A pre-order 24 hour in advance for groups of 8+ is required. We cannot guarantee availability on foods but will do our utmost to fulfil your request.

Cancellation policy for bookings
We require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours prior to the day of booking. Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice prior to reservation time are not subject to charge.

All details are stored securely and in line with GDPR regulations.

The Tithe Barn reserves the right to cancel or alter the booking without notification.

The cancellation fee reflects the cost incurred by Tithe Barn in terms of staffing, food, and any lost revenue as a result of turning away other potential bookings.
